Working alongside many of the industries leading associations, we look to put forward a holistic view of a variety of sectors and their adjacent industry verticals.
The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible firstly for handling our incoming marketing pipeline, speaking to a management level individuals and finalizing their participation as one of our monthly articles. You would concurrently be tasked with selling advertising space within the magazine to a continuous warm lead pipeline towards the end of revenue generation for our monthly issues.
Sales is a large part of the role and prior B2B phone sales experience is a must for success within this role!
If you are looking at this, you are a self starter who does not need to be micromanaged! Strong research skills are also a huge asset, with ability to use all the major applications in the Microsoft office suite. A Hunter mentality is necessary in this role as you seek out new and exciting companies for us to highlight, large to mid size property development and construction firms would be the target market niche for this role.
The successful candidate will have experience in cold calling and prospecting, and will have come from a B2B atmosphere previously. They will also need to be multifaceted, as you will also be tasked to work with marketing teams to collect images for the articles, alongside the accounts and admin teams garnering other materials for the piece, Organization is a key quality!

Please note that this role is part time (4 hours) with the hours of work being from 6 pm Est to 10 pm EST
We are offering a base salary plus a competitive commission structure for this role.
