Sales And Research Assistant

Overview: We are a reputable tree care service company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Research Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our team, conducting market research, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support our team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records.
• Conduct market research to identify competitors, analyze market trends, and explore potential areas for growth.
• Assist the manager with various tasks, including data entry, report generation, and communications.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing Sales and expanding our customer base.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Word, and Google to manage documents, schedules, and communications effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative support, sales, or marketing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Google.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the tree care industry or related field is a plus.

Work Environment: The position requires 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available. You will work closely with our management team in a collaborative and supportive environment.
