Cashier/Sales

Duties:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items efficiently
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries
- Promote sales by upselling and suggesting additional items
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions

Skills:

- Multilingual: Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
- Proficient in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Upselling: Ability to persuade customers to purchase additional products or services
- Technical Sales: Knowledge of technical products and ability to explain their features and benefits to customers
- Technology Sales: Familiarity with the latest technology products and trends in the market
- POS (Point of Sale) System: Experience using electronic cash registers or POS systems
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a neat work area
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic calculations for accurate cash handling
- Customer Service: Friendly, approachable, and able to provide exceptional customer service
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
