The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years sales experience, ideally in powersports or automotive.
• Driven, organized, and adaptable with a strong work ethic
• Goal-oriented, aiming to exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in assessing margins, marketends, and industry requirements.
• Genuine passion for the product, building trust with customers.
• Proactively creates and seizes sales opportunities.
• Strong Computer skills and experience with Google Suite and Salesforce are an asset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers, showcasing the features and benefits of boats that align with their requirements.
• Employ effective prospecting and follow-up procedures to cultivate and sustain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Sell boat and pontoon packages, outboard engines, trailers, accessories, trolling motors, fish finders, and related products through the complete sales process.
• Utilize various media channels such as social media, Kijiji, marketplace, and boating forums to connect with customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales content, including videos and blog posts for social media.
• Participate in boat shows, sales events, and conferences to promote products and build connections.
• Ensure organized, clean, and well-maintained displays.
• Support service and parts sales departments during the off-season.

Salary:

Your annual earnings potential features a strong base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure! Our Sales Consultants typically earn between 70-100k. The sky's the limit and this rewarding compensation plan is designed to reflect your outstanding performance and results, providing you the opportunity to thrive in your role year-round.
