We’re looking for a Virtual Concierge to support MSP’s partner clinics – someone who is obsessed with creating an outstanding customer experience and who loves working with great people in a fast-paced but fun environment.

The ideal candidate for the Virtual Concierge has:

• flawless and professional spoken and written English – Spanish/Mandarin would also be a strong asset
• flexibility – you may need to work some evening hours. Being able to work Tuesdays through to Saturdays is a definite asset but not required.

What the role looks like:

The Virtual Concierge will support a collection of US and Canada’s best-known and most premium medical aesthetics clinics. These clinics are known throughout the US and Canada for creating the best customer experiences in the industry and maintaining the highest standards. As the first point of contact for many new customers, you will play a key role in representing the unique brands of these clinics and ensuring an uncompromising level of professionalism and service.

The core of the Virtual Concierge role is nurturing potential customers through the process of understanding our clinics’ services and ultimately booking them for an in-person or virtual consultation with the clinic. Specifically, the role involves:

• Managing all inbound contacts for your assigned clinics or projects, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, Direct messaging, and live chat
• Leveraging best-in-class CRM and marketing automation platforms to track lead progress and actively manage each lead. HubSpot knowledge would be a great advantage.
• Using patient management software to book consultation appointments and/or treatments at each clinic e.g. Zenoti, Mind Body, Patient Now, Milano, etc.
• Having a working knowledge of all services provided by the clinics so that you can answer basic questions during your customer interactions eg. Botox, Filler, Lasers, IPL, and Skin Tightening treatments
• Manage assigned retention list, leveraging clinic data and CRM to facilitate an increase in patients with return bookings
• Facilitate optimal patient journey and experience for our prepaid clients.
• Manage interactions with clinic customers to understand their level of satisfaction and identify new opportunities to elevate their experience and goals.

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
