Sales Manager - Software and Services (Digital Accessibility)
Position Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing digital accessibility by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Leveraging your experience, you will build and maintain relationships with key clients, understand their unique accessibility needs, and provide them with comprehensive solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and present comprehensive accessibility solutions to address their challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Implementation of our suite of software and service solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, taking ownership of tasks and projects to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
- Work Independently while collaborating with the team, showcasing self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
- RFP Writing.
- Always maintain a high degree of professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness.
- Representation of the company brand on social media Including but not limited to using company banners, sharing posts or content, as well as engagement with company content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports If required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record of success in software and service sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work Independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with ERP, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems Is a plus.

Salary: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
