Braber Equipment, a well-established manufacturer, distributor and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is currently adding to our Sales leadership team.

Reporting to the President, our Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, monitoring sales metrics and continuously improving the end-to-end sales administration process. As you will collaborate with professionals both inside and outside the business, it is essential you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable leading in a team environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and further build Inside and Outside Sales Teams
- Manage customer facing departments
- Set and track sales targets for your teams
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate department projects and campaigns to meet deadlines
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Collaborate with other managers in the business to drive sales campaigns throughout our customer base
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
- Participate in hiring and performance management for sales team members
- Build an accountable, open-communication culture with all departments
- Build relationships with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Upper Management
- Other duties, as requested
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales management role
- Post secondary education in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field is strongly preferred
- Strong interest and proven ability to mentor, develop and motivate sales teams
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Hands on experience with ERP, CRM software and MS Excel
- Experience with continuous improvement concepts is a strong asset
- Mechanically inclined an asset
- Agriculture, Farm Hardware, Lawn/Garden, Tools & Equipment, Automotive, Industrial Sales experience an asset
Hours of operation:
- Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm. However, additional hours may be required in order to fulfill job duties. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
