Karhu Fine Cabinetry is an established and reputable custom cabinet manufacturer located in Carleton Place, Ontario.

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Representative to build on and serve our network of renovators and custom home builders in Eastern Ontario.

Our ideal candidate will be outgoing and dedicated to cultivating long-lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

· Building strong relationships with renovators and custom home builders in Eastern Ontario.

· Providing quotes for custom cabinetry.

· Maintaining our CRM database.

· Maintaining our product sales catalogue.

· Developing and overseeing the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

· Coordinating with production to establish sales targets.

· Staying up to date on current and future kitchen and bathroom trends.

The successful candidate will need to:

· Be outgoing and personable.

· Be detail oriented.

· Be self-motivated, with a proven track record in sales.

· Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Have at least 3 years of experience in kitchen cabinet or construction/renovation sales.

· Have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

The position will report directly to the owner and will include budgeting, capacity planning and monitoring of sales numbers.

The position is permanent full-time and hybrid work arrangements are available (with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office in Carleton Place).

Salary: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 annually.

4 weeks vacation.
