Custom Industrial Radiator is looking for a new Sales representative to complete his team. The candidate will have for tasks:
SALE:
- Make regular visits to potential customers;
- Ensure complete coverage of all types of customers according to a development model established in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Promote the services or products offered.
- Respond to customer questions and objections.
- Identify and estimate potential customer needs.
- Emphasize the quality of the employer's products and services.
- Transform points of sale into profits for customers.
- Explain the pricing policy, the acquisition of products and/or services, the guarantee and the credit.
- Obtain the order and verify it.
RELATIONS:
- Advise and assist clients in their problems and difficulties.
- Maintain loyalty and respect to the employer.
- Take part in sales meetings;
- Participate in necessary trainings or events as required.
SALES PROMOTION:
- Develop new leads and accounts.
- Distribute necessary literature to customers
- Present reports, plans, proposals as required.
SERVICE:
- Report weaknesses in products or services.
- Reports complaints.
- Be in charge of putting the customers in touch with the administration for credit requests if necessary.
LAND ADMINISTRATION:
- Arrange your calendar for optimal coverage of the territory.
- Balance efforts according to the potential of each customer.
- Keep customers records up to date.
ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING:
- Each evening, make a work plan for the next day.
- Organize your activities to minimize your travel and make as many visits as possible.
- Prepare and submit territory operation reports.
- Establish a list of prospects and report on visits.
