Responsibilities:
- Social Media sales experince is an asset.
- Provide exeptinal customer service to customers, sell based on their needs and promote overall health.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support technical sales efforts and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize sales marketing on Social media and other platforms
- Conduct account management activities, including upselling products or services.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to the achievement of department goals.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients.
- Experience in online sales and social media development, market analysis, or sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and using it to drive decision-making.
- English proficiency is a plus,however, we welcome other languages as well
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
