We are looking for experienced, phone-based sales professionals. However, we will absolutely consider training the right candidate with the right kind of drive. You will be speaking with high-level executives on a daily basis. Sharing our story with Safety Managers, VP’s, CEO’s and even owners. You will be a great fit if you have:
- 2+ years of direct work experience in sales/telesales or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Work with the sales team to build sales strategies and test new systems
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management would be advantageous
- Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Familiarity with technology softwares like Slack and Hubspot CRM is an asset
- Experience in health and safety is an asset
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the existing sales process to add leads to the sales funnel
- Manage clients through client database to ensure sales opportunities are not lost
- Be able to systematically test sales techniques, plans, and material to measure the effectiveness
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email
- Generate/develop new customer accounts to increase revenue by calling prospects in targeted business segments
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects through a CRM
