Sales Representative

Thefreshcleaning is looking for an experienced sales person, that can close cleaning contracts with property managers and office owners for long term. This will be a part-time based commission job (Work from home/by appointment).

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to quote inquiries and providing quotes for clients
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Schedule in person appointments when necessary with property managers/office owners to provide in-person quote.

Requirements.

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside Sales Representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual

Salary: $100.00 per day

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• sales: 1 year (preferred)
