Responsibilities:

· Assist in managing and maintaining the calendars, schedules, and appointments of sales executive

· Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and sales materials.

· Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of sales executives.

· Work closely with the sales team to coordinate and track sales activities and projects.

· Assist in lead generation and prospecting by researching potential clients and maintaining contact databases.

· Assist in creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards, providing insights into sales performance

· Assist in managing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

· Maintain and update customer records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

· Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups as needed.

· Assist in planning and executing sales events

· Assist in coordinating logistics for sales events, such as Pack Expo Shows

· Manage RSVP lists, invitations, and post-event communications.

· Assist in collecting and compiling data related to sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback..

· Ensure effective communication and cooperation between teams to meet sales objectives.

· Perform other duties as assigned by a Sales Executive

Requirements:

· Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Knowledge of sales principles and terminology is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.50-$27.78 per hour
