Our in-house professional appointment center will schedule your sales appointments so you can present the right solution that suits the customers' needs during home visits Your work here changes homeowners lives by allowing them to have peace of mind in their home. Opportunity:

• 10 weeks of paid training. Your first 3 weeks of paid training will be in Montreal (Quebec). WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR ACCOMMADATION, AND TRAVELING EXPENCES, plus a per diem of 80.00$. THEREAFTER you will go back to TO to finish the training and transition to your role of a Sales representative base in Ontario: NO base salary, purely commission-based job with uncapped earning potential
• As a guide, our representatives make between $80K- 140K annually

What you will do:

• Visit customers' homes at pre-schedule appointments done by our appointment center and present the right solution that suits the customers' needs
• Do necessary admin & paperwork
• Use advanced and user-friendly sales software making the sales visit pleasant and compelling

Conditions of application:

• The position relies on a strong and proven business to consumer (B2C) experience
• Experience in renovation/home improvement is an asset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
• Great communication skills in English
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Disciplined and motivated
• Good listening skills
• Ability to actively follow up
• Likes to consult and help people
• Good knowledge of computer programs
• 100% ready to learn and use our exclusive sales program
