Job Description:
As a Mattress Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect mattress that suits their needs. This is a commission-only role with the flexibility to set your own schedule based on customer appointments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with potential customers by appointment to demonstrate our range of mattresses.
- Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Closing sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate records of appointments and sales.
- Collaborating with the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
- Reliable transportation to meet with customers at their convenience.
- Passion for helping customers find the perfect mattress for a great night's sleep.
- A treat the business as your own mentality, customer satisfaction is the goal.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-only position, and your earnings will be based on your sales performance. The more mattresses you sell, the more you earn. High-performing Sales Representatives have the potential to earn a substantial income.
- As an added benefit, we provide lead-generation support. Upon successful hire, we will sponsor a marketplace post to generate leads specifically for you. This means you will have potential customers interested in our products waiting for your appointments, making it easier to meet your sales goals.
