Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating new leads and nurturing existing client relationships. This is a commission-based position offering an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in Video Production and Marketing for Machine Automation, Manufacturing, Robotics, CNC, and Agriculture Industries.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new leads through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and industry associations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of HYTT FILMS' services to prospective clients and address any inquiries or objections they may have.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies relevant to Machine Automation, Manufacturing, Robotics, CNC, and Agriculture.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience in Video Production and marketing for Machine Automation, Manufacturing, Robotics, CNC, or Agriculture is a requirement. (Applicants that don't meet this requirement will be rejected)
• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
