Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Present in-home sales presentations to prospective customers
• Be able to present different options / services for a customer’s home such as but not limited to exterior siding, windows & doors, aluminum work, decks & fences and custom in-home construction
• Be able to run 2-3 leads a day provided by the company
• Be able to travel within a 150 km radios of the office (travel is paid for)
• Willingness to develop new business by creating new opportunities with referral programs, door knocking (if applicable) plus more
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Excellent knowledge of Home Design and or Construction Related
• Excellent knowledge of Apple Products (iMac + iPad etc)
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Attend weekly sales training provided by the company
• Willingness to run weekend appointments as needed (by demand)
• Willingness to work Trade Shows / Home Shows during Springtime
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

• Evening shift

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• High-end sales: 3 years (preferred)
• Direct sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

• Kitchener-Waterloo, ON (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
