What You Will Be Doing:
- Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking, outreach, and marketing methods
- Qualifying leads and recording details in CRM
- Booking and facilitating presentations with leadership
- Creating sales presentations for potential clients with leadership
- Following up to close
- Ensuring contracts are communicated and signed.
- Facilitating operations hand over meetings
- Reporting targets and results to leadership
- Compile weekly and monthly reporting with performance KPIs.
Need to haves:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work under pressure
- Thorough understanding of sales process from prospecting to close
- Ability to plan and organize sales presentations, meeting, marketing strategies, and more
- A good understanding of how market research works and what results mean for a business
- A proven self-starter who is organized, creative, productive and ready to be a target crushing badass
- Ability to attend in-person monthly meetings and events with our Calgary-based team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft 365/Outlook
- Experience using CRM software
Nice to haves, but not deal breakers:
- Existing network with Engineering, Construction and Oil and Gas companies.
- Experience selling big ticket items ($3000-$20,000) with sales lead times from 1week-3months.
- Experience leveraging social media to push brand awareness and increase sales.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hybrid or Remote located in Calgary, AB
- Full time $75k/year + Commissions. Base/Commission structure flexible.
- Hybrid work capability (must be Calgary based)
