Our client, ENTA Solutions is "your" corporate culture company based in Calgary, AB is looking to fill a new position in sales to sell to Calgary and Edmonton. Only candidates living in Calgary will be considered.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking, outreach, and marketing methods
  • Qualifying leads and recording details in CRM
  • Booking and facilitating presentations with leadership
  • Creating sales presentations for potential clients with leadership
  • Following up to close
  • Ensuring contracts are communicated and signed.
  • Facilitating operations hand over meetings
  • Reporting targets and results to leadership
  • Compile weekly and monthly reporting with performance KPIs.

Need to haves:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Thorough understanding of sales process from prospecting to close
  • Ability to plan and organize sales presentations, meeting, marketing strategies, and more
  • A good understanding of how market research works and what results mean for a business
  • A proven self-starter who is organized, creative, productive and ready to be a target crushing badass
  • Ability to attend in-person monthly meetings and events with our Calgary-based team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft 365/Outlook
  • Experience using CRM software

Nice to haves, but not deal breakers:

  • Existing network with Engineering, Construction and Oil and Gas companies.
  • Experience selling big ticket items ($3000-$20,000) with sales lead times from 1week-3months.
  • Experience leveraging social media to push brand awareness and increase sales.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hybrid or Remote located in Calgary, AB
  • Full time $75k/year + Commissions. Base/Commission structure flexible.
  • Hybrid work capability (must be Calgary based)
  • Trust. We don’t use software to “monitor” your hours worked. We care about your results being kick ass.
