You as a Sales Tax Analystwill:

• Review invoices and payments for Sales Tax compliance
• Prepare and file Sales Tax returns
• Assist members of the business with Sales Tax compliance questions
• Assist with Sales Tax audits
• Conduct technical Sales Tax research
• Keep current with Sales Tax legislative and administrative changes and communicate any impact to the organization
• Ensure internal processes surrounding tax compliance are adhered to
• Assist with the month-end close and year-end audit processes

Is this the right role for you?

• You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Completion of the CPA In-Depth GST/HST course is an asset
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• You are a well-organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual able to self-manage and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• You possess strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
