The GWMS CRM team is the Salesforce Centre of Excellence for Scotiabank. The team is currently responsible for 10 different Salesforce Orgs across multiple lines of Business and is
in the process of further
expanding to
additional
lines of Business and new geographies.
In support of this growth, the team is looking for a
self-starter and
someone
open to learning
the
best development
practice
s
from the team. This role comes with the opportunity to absorb knowledge and grow as a developer
. 
Is this role right for you?
-Ability to collaborate with
stakeholders
from Business and Technology to
implement
business requirements from product backlog within an
individual Salesforce org 
-Application development, including
Apex,
basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages
and
Lightning
w
eb
c
omponents 
-Ability to
a
ssist
with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code 
-Salesforce product knowledge and at least
1
year
of Salesforce development experienc
e
including Configurations via Flow and Process Builder 
-Must have worked on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud 
-F
amiliar with Integrating Salesforce with other
cloud-based
application systems using REST, SOAP API. 
-Strong communication
and leadership skills

agile methodologies like SCRUM/Kanban 
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent required.

possess
or currently w
orking towards a

least
one
of the following certifications
from
Salesforce before joining (certifications will be checked and
validated
):
