Job Description:
As a Scheduling and Hiring Administrator at Just Like Family Home Care, you will work closely with our office staff, managers, and owners to ensure smooth operations and the highest standard of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding process for new caregivers, ensuring they align with our company values and standards.
- Utilizing Axis Care scheduling software and MONDAY to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.
- Handling HR issues, including conducting meetings with staff regarding policy violations and implementing disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Responding to service inquiries in a professional and positive manner, reflecting our company culture of inclusion and care.
- Scheduling staffing changes to maintain effective care coordination while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Negotiating pricing for services based on client needs and maintaining strict confidentiality regarding company and client information.
- Providing ongoing support and training for caregivers to ensure they can perform their roles effectively.
- Assisting with lead tracking, follow-up, and office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office tools.
- High level of professionalism and diplomacy.
