What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?
-Maintain a safe and secure environment
-Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
-CCTV cameras monitoring and operation.
-Excellent customer service
-Regular Site patrol with G-track device, locking and unlocking building, investigating and reporting incidents and hazards
-Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
-Assist site staff and visitors to ensure safe and secure environment
-Monitor and control special events crowd traffic and room access
-Take actions during emergency situations as per Garda world and USB protocols
-Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
-Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
-Provide Excellent customer service.
-Emergency assistance, first aid or any other intervention
Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg .
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
-Bilingual (fluency in written and Verbal French and English)
-Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
-Customer service oriented
-Must be able to work days
-Leadership and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work in a stressful environment
