The Cloud and Infrastructure team is a world-class delivery group that builds and maintains the underpinnings of lululemon’s technology environment. We are multiple product and platform teams that share a passion for continuous and high-quality delivery and work closely with our internal teams and our business partners. With these business and technology partners we co-create a powerful roadmap to deliver amazing experiences to our guests with innovation, value, and reliability.

A day in the life:

As a Solution Architect you will be able to architect, design, and build flexible, scalable, and resilient and secure products. As a true teammate at lululemon you will partner closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and Scrum Masters to develop relationships, manage project scope, and ensure technical deliverables are met.

Will exercise independent skill, judgment, and collaborate in developing recommendations and solutions to business issues. This position works closely with a diverse team of architects, engineers, support staff, developers, quality assurance analysts, business analysts, project managers, and other colleagues. lululemon values the ability to clearly communicate within all areas of the organization; listen, educate, and inform. Design and maintain an Enterprise Mobility Road map that aligns with the Cloud Infrastructure Road map.

Architect Enterprise Mobility configurations and Create policies & processes, considering best practices and industry standards.

• Design and maintain secure Enterprise Mobility solutions.
• Develop Modern Workplace strategies to empower users and enable productivity from anywhere.
• Maintain open, clear communication with other technology team members.
• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on Azure/AWS/GCP platform.
• Work with vendors, lululemon architects, and lead engineers to define best practices and evolve next generation capabilities and features.
• Design and engineer capabilities and features with the application engineer in mind, making adoption easy.
• Participate in all phases of multiple project initiatives, often concurrently, including requirements gathering and analysis, development, design, testing and production planning, reviewing and approving deliverables.
• Create functional diagrams, interface diagrams, and technical design specifications as related to the business and project requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to Product and Project management about shifts in scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization.
• Provide guidance and production support for a complex, geographically distributed environment.
• Use critical thinking and background to look at complex problems, offer feedback and guidance as to how to solve them, and lead the team that delivers the ultimate solution.
• Lead a team of Engineers with varying levels of experience in a product work stream. Coach and contribute to the development of technical team members through consistent, empathetic, and kind guidance, mentoring and learning sessions.
• Continue to identify opportunities for improvement and organize efforts/team members needed to address the areas of improvement. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• At least 8 years of Technology industry experience.

• Strong experience architecting Microsoft Azure based solutions for Device Management. 
• Microsoft certifications, ideally Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert & Modern Desktop Administrator certifications.
• Extensive experience with Windows and MacOS Device Management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), MS Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) & Jamf Products.
• Comfort working in complex and large-scale environments.
• Understand and able to work within architectural frameworks.

• Proficient in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting
• Successful track record delivering quality results on complex cross-functional projects.
• Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills.

For Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Canada is $123,500-$162,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
