Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through active engagement and setting high standards
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for local and national expansion
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship for continuous improvement
- Analyze data to optimize sales strategies with the team
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Leverage existing contacts to increase sales and customer base.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors for growth opportunities
Skills:
- Strong leadership for actively motivating the sales team
- Excellent communication skills for connecting with clients and teams
- Extensive experience in the beverage industry, especially grocery and food service
- Proficient in cash handling and restaurant management
- Effective in conducting interviews and fostering team culture
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
