Senior Beverage Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through active engagement and setting high standards
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for local and national expansion
• Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship for continuous improvement
• Analyze data to optimize sales strategies with the team
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Leverage existing contacts to increase sales and customer base.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors for growth opportunities

Skills:

• Strong leadership for actively motivating the sales team
• Excellent communication skills for connecting with clients and teams
• Extensive experience in the beverage industry, especially grocery and food service
• Proficient in cash handling and restaurant management
• Effective in conducting interviews and fostering team culture
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $200,000.00 per year
