What will your typical day look like?
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of project stakeholders. This role requires strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.
- Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
- Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within the organization and, if not, whether new solutions are feasible.
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirement specifications.
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.

You are someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a product analyst role or similar.
- Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications.
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
