SalaryA career as a Senior Director of Awareness and Partnerships in the Evolution and Awareness sector at National Bank involves taking on the role of a leader in designing and coordinating initiatives related to cybersecurity awareness, training, and Partnerships.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and orchestrate the cybersecurity Awareness and training strategy, social engineering strategy, and associated communication (internal & external).
- Align the cybersecurity awareness strategy with Fraud, Data Risk (CDO), Protection of Personnal Information teams, as well as various internal communication teams.
- Work closely with the Information Security teams to understand business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure the development and integration of optimal solutions.
- Drive, develop and review our annual cybersecurity partnership management strategy.
- Lead engagement activities in local and international cyber communities, including outreach activities, relationships with universities, research chairs, and community organizations.
- Initiate high-visibility projects aimed at developing the cybersecurity workforce and supporting the development of a positive culture within the group.

Prerequisites:
- Completed Bachelor's degree related to the field of activity, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Cybersecurity
- Experience in managing initiatives with cross-functional impacts
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management and collaborative structures
- Strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonnal skills as well as abilities to influence and collaborate
- High initiative and autonomy
