Salary Insight Global is looking for a critical member of the Business Management team, this role is accountable to help manage the annual investment plan and monthly forecast processes that achieves stated business plans across the organization. Apply effective processes and reporting to deliver planning requirements accurately and in a timely manner to support CIO's goals. Facilitate monthly forecast reviews with teams on portfolio spend. Help prepare presentation material. Perform periodic reviews, analyzing portfolio outcomes, providing insights and making recommendations for enhancements/changes to the process as required. Provide key messages, discuss material items, and address any questions CIO may have. Balance the monthly forecast and ensure forecasts are vetted and reported as realistic and accurately as possible. Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Must have strong presentation and desktop skills. Also, with adoption of PowerBI solutions, will have to be able to troubleshoot and fix any issues with the app if there are issues. It is a must that the candidate can work independently and with teams across a multitude of teams.
Required Skills & Experience
o 7+ years of experience in banking/financial services as a Financial Analyst
o 5+ years of experience with Clarity to pull data
o Good understanding of Activity Base Costing
o Good understanding of banking
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to problem solve
o Project Management capabilities
o strong client presentation capabilities
o Ability to manage a small team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
o Experience with Apptio tool to pull data
