Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate
Basedin Torontothe Senior Financial Analystwill report directly to theSenior Manager, Cost Reimbursement Finance.The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting with exposure to Corporate Head Office costs and financial reporting. This role is a key bridge with the Operations departments of QuadReal, and will support in the accounting and analysis of corporate allocations, working closely with teams across the QuadReal Management platform and administering the QuadReal Management Business Governing Policy.
As a Senior FinancialAnalystYou Will:
Design and execute quarterly corporate allocation procedures
Advise and provide recommendations on corporate allocation changes and refinement of financial models
Assist with the budgeting & forecasting process for corporate allocations
Review and record management fees
Analyze the performance of the business and prepare the quarterly management reporting package
Generate presentation materials for management and provide value-add business insights to senior leadership
Coordinate with various stakeholders to prepare related party reconciliations
Support processes for annual internal / external audits including
Your Background:
Professional accounting designation (CPA)
Over 5 years of experience in a finance accounting / reporting environment
Prior experience with Great Plains and Yardi is an asset
Prior experience in the real estate industry is an asset
Strong proficiency with Excel functions and working with large volumes of data
