Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced professional to join team as a Operational Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our operational efficiency and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and optimize operational costs, including fuel, maintenance, and labor.
• Collaborate with operations teams to develop strategies for route optimization, load planning, and driver scheduling.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improving profitability.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects to support operational initiatives and strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role, preferably in the trucking or transportation industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational and financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel, and familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
