- Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,500.00 per annum

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Produce error-free accounting reports with a specific focus on hotel accounting
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data for hotel accounting
- Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports for hotel accounting
- Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures
- Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved
- Prepare financial statements and produce a budget according to the schedule
- CPA designation or currently enrolled in the CPA program preferred
- 3 to 5 years of progressive financial experience, including year-end processing
- Experience in real estate, property management, and specifically hotel accounting
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting software
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
