ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join us as the Senior Manager of Employer Brand at Sephora Canada, where you'll take the reins in bringing our Employer Brand to life! You'll be the driving force behind attracting top talent, fostering employee advocacy, and shaping our reputation strategies. Get ready to lead the charge in growing Sephora Canada's presence across diverse employment platforms and captivating prospective talent with innovative recruitment marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Employee Engagement and Communications, this 17-month contract promises an exciting journey ahead!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
-Develop and evolve our Employer Brand strategy and content to showcase our unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP), fostering awareness and loyalty among prospective and current employees
-Support our Diversity & Inclusion talent goals and growth strategy by exploring new channels to engage diverse talent
-Analyze Employer Brand KPIs to assess the effectiveness of our initiatives and drive continuous improvement
-Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance our social media presence and support executive strategies
-Own the Sephora Employee Ambassador program, providing training, management, and ongoing engagement
-Use internal branding channels to drive retention and engagement, including store visits to capture content for social media
-Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing proactive guidance on Employer Brand initiatives
-Partner with cross-functional partners to develop outreach strategies and solidify Sephora as an employer of choice
-Drive our Employer Brand positioning through impactful content creation and strategic social media management
-Oversee external social media marketing strategies across various platforms, optimizing engagement and reach
-Collaborate with internal creative teams and vendors to deliver compelling content for recruitment marketing campaigns
-Lead recruitment marketing campaigns to support priority talent pools and hard-to-fill roles
-Curate engaging content for our candidate management system and global career site.
-Handle job board sponsorships, agency partnerships, and recruitment vendor management
-Handle the Employer Brand budget, including financial operations and vendor management
-Lead and mentor a passionate team focused on Employer Brand content creation and recruitment marketing campaigns
 
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

-8 to 10 years of dynamic experience in Employer Branding and/or Recruitment Marketing
-Experience leading and inspiring a team of content creators and marketing experts to achieve greatness
-Strong project management skills, using innovative PM tools like Smartsheet
-You have an entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and relish in working collaboratively with cross-functional partners
-You can navigate ambiguity with ease, making informed decisions with limited information
-Expertise in video capturing and editing, using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or others
-Proficiency in French is a plus, as our content caters to both English and French-speaking audiences
-experience with social scheduling tools, with a preference for proficiency in Sprinklr
-Familiarity with social scheduling tools, especially Sprinklr, is preferred
-Deep understanding of social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
-Design experience and expertise preferred, whether it's with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
