What you will be doing:
The Senior Manager of Credit Cards is responsible for growth of the Credit Cards business with additional card products on the near-term horizon.  This includes managing card product value propositions, pricing, marketing, channels and risk to achieve client and business objectives.  The successful incumbent will work collaboratively with loyalty, marketing, analytics, risk and channel stakeholders to oversee the coordinated delivery of programs, ensuring seamless client delivery across all touchpoints. Critical to success in this role is the ability to build strong relationships with partners (both internal and external) and lead large scale, multi-faceted programs.
The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Credit Cards.
 
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
-Support the card business, including new product development, acquisition and account management, end-to-end oversight of new product and campaign delivery, continuous customer journey improvement and ensuring strong risk-adjusted returns.
-Develops and maintains a deep understanding of client needs, attitudes and behaviours by thoroughly understanding the results of our initiatives and regularly seeking client feedback to develop a deep understanding of the client experience. 
-Identify the critical product success factors and global competitive differentiators that will make our unsecured lending products valuable to clients and profitable for the Bank.
-Lead (or contribute to) cross-functional teams to implement new products/campaigns and client/advisor journeys.
-Accountable for the achievement of acquisition, account management, P&L and client satisfaction targets.
-Deliver thought leadership by staying abreast of developments in fintech, financial services and retail broadly.
-Build a multi-year product roadmap aligned with overall Tangerine and enterprise strategy to prioritize product, client experience and process enhancements, including business cases to support investments required.  
-Present business results, plans and strategy to leadership.
 
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
Education/Experience
-7+ years of Product Management experience
-Prior experience in retail credit products, new product launches, financial drivers, key success factors and regulatory environment an asset 
-University degree in business administration, commerce, marketing or strategy
 
Knowledge & Skills
-Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
-Ability to build trusted relationships, instill confidence and influence key stakeholders
-Demonstrated success optimizing programs using data insights
-Strong communicator/presenter who is able to be clear, succinct and compelling in writing and verbally
