Adecco is presently seeking a full-time Senior Reliability Planner to collaborate with our esteemed client, a well-established and respected entity in the oil and gas industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of a major program, containing multiple workstreams. If you boast over ten years of substantial experience in Oil and Gas Maintenance & Reliability, coupled with a robust proficiency in the Primavera P6 module, we are eager to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Standardize Planning & Scheduling processes across workstreams for efficiency.

  • Develop Integrated Project Schedules (Level I-IV) in consultation with Project and Workstream Managers.

  • Assist in WBS preparation and communicate changes to stakeholders.

  • Integrate schedules of Workstreams, System Integrators, and establish logical work sequences.

  • Perform quantity and manpower resource loading & forecasting.

  • Review schedule data, identify information needed for work logic among stakeholders.

  • Establish baseline development for progress measurement.

  • Manage schedule changes through change management system.

  • Conduct Critical Path analysis and identify activities with critical impact.

  • Explore recovery plans and contingency planning through what-if scenarios.

  • Coordinate in developing planning/scheduling procedures and report templates.

  • Conduct quantitative schedule risk analysis.

  • Implement tools for progress monitoring and measurement.

  • Consolidate progress and performance measurement for the program.

  • Support Project Operations in monitoring vendor progress and key performance indicators.

  • Monitor Integrated Schedule interfaces and identify potential problems.

  • Prepare project schedule progress reports and interface between all groups.

  • Ensure schedules are resource loaded.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of Oil and Gas experience

  • Minimum 15 years of Primavera P6 experience.

  • Large IT SDLC/SAP Implementation experience preferred.

  • Highly effective communicator with strategic thinking and planning abilities.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to influence, manage time effectively, and pay attention to detail.

  • Active listening and excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

  • Empathy, relationship building, and individual/team leadership abilities.

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada
