About Our Client
We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage our client's construction projects. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, meeting client expectations, and driving organizational growth.
Job Description
- Lead and manage the execution of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues proactively.
- Utilize Procore software for project management tasks, maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
- Develop and maintain complex MS Project schedules, updating them on a weekly basis to track change events and delays.
- Prepare, prosecute, and defend against claims as necessary, leveraging expertise in contract management and negotiation.
- Manage Div 1 General Conditions costs, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among project stakeholders.
