As a Senior Service Centre Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Canadian Wealth Management (CWM) Advisors, Advisor teams, and clients in all service-related inquiries. You will also provide level 1 technology support, matters of policy, and procedures with specific expertise in complex operational and regulatory practices and initiatives. The Senior Service Centre Specialist will ensure questions are addressed and fully resolved effectively and efficiently by conducting analysis and providing recommendations.

-Work with leadership to resolve complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs of the CWM businesses
-Create operational efficiencies and solutions to enhance service and inquiry resolution
-Provide analysis that assists with problem-solving and solution recommendations to the leadership team
-Represent the team as a subject matter expert on small operational projects
-Exercise judgment and ensure all operational and support issues are escalated when required
-Assist Wealth Management employees and clients with questions and procedures via calls and emails
-Deliver world-class support and aptitude for first-call resolution
-Take ownership of inquiries and adhere to the standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) ensuring information is accurately delivered
-Perform trades and or interact with the field to support the team in meeting regulatory and department timelines
-Assist in analyzing, creating, and maintaining a variety of Excel reports
-Participate in annual projects and ad hoc initiatives
-Mentor new staff joining the team and provide training
The Must Haves:

-At minimum, Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is required
-Completion of both the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) is an asset
-IIROC licensed as an Investment Representative is an asset
-2-3 years’ experience working in the financial services industry, specifically within Wealth Management
-An understanding of client onboarding and maintenance rules, regulations, and processes
-Experience working in an investment trading environment
-Strong knowledge of the operational processes and systems used in support of the Wealth Management business
-Experience working in an investment trading environment, with a knowledge of Wealth Applications such as Broadridge, SCORE, WealthOne, and Salesforce is an asset
-Bilingual (French/English) preferred
