DUTIES
- Extensive knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including details about the company and Hyundai manufacturer
- Good time management skills to handle all service or customer problems that arise on any given business day
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Customer service skills to resolve complaints efficiently and encourage repeat customers
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
- Schedule appointments and manage service orders
- Teamwork skills to encourage the collaborative performance of the service team
- Verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and the service team
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Proven ability to upsell products or services to customers
- Familiarity with dealership operations and sales processes is a plus
