Position Summary:
We’re looking for the best of the best when it comes to customer service! We provide our customers with a prompt, professional and thorough service experience – and the first step in that process is getting them in the dealership. Our Appointment Coordinator is the critical link between our customers and our service department. This position is responsible for scheduling our customers appointments for repair and maintenance appointments via phone, email and text.
Reports to: Service Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to schedule Service Appointments for customers
- Confirming and updating customer information within our database
- Advising customers on factory recommended services as per Hyundai maintenance schedule
- Reporting any customer concerns to service manager for appropriate follow up
- Following up with customers after Service Appointments to ensure complete satisfaction with their visit
- Cover front reception for 1.5hrs/day
- Other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively plan and anticipate schedules/routes to ensure efficient use of time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
