Service Appointment Coordinator

Gyro Group of Companies are currently seeking a dedicated Service Appointment Coordinator/BDC to become a valuable part of our team! In the role of a Service Appointment Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass managing scripted calls, both incoming and outgoing, and arranging as well as verifying Service Appointments for our esteemed customers. Moreover, you'll play a vital role in conducting subsequent follow-up calls to ensure that customers enjoyed a top-notch experience during their Service Appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling Service Appointments for clients vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner
• Answering incoming calls
• Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
• Directing all customer inquiries accordingly
• Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up calls
• Assist in-person customer overflow on Service Advisor desk as required
