In the role of a Service Appointment Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass managing scripted calls, both incoming and outgoing, and arranging as well as verifying Service Appointments for our esteemed customers. Moreover, you'll play a vital role in conducting subsequent follow-up calls to ensure that customers enjoyed a top-notch experience during their Service Appointments.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Service Appointments for clients vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner
- Answering incoming calls
- Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
- Directing all customer inquiries accordingly
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up calls
- Assist in-person customer overflow on Service Advisor desk as required
