As an experienced Service Desk Administrator, you will play a crucial role in handling escalations, addressing complex networking issues, and providing advanced technical support. You will primarily focus on resolving IT issues using ticket management processes while contributing to training and documentation initiatives. Your role will drive value by delivering exceptional customer service, promoting knowledge sharing, and maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement.
You will have extensive working experience with:
Microsoft 365: Administration, setup, and configuration of the Microsoft 365 platform.
Windows Server: Support, configure, and upgrade various versions of Windows Server OS.
Windows Desktop: Support and maintain currently supported versions of Windows Desktop OS, including client software.
Networking: Troubleshoot various brands of networking equipment and set up new equipment for clients.
IT troubleshooting: Generic requests and tickets that come into the helpdesk.
Creation of support documentation: Following standard documentation processes for creating new documentation and standard operating procedures.
