- ensuring that all dispatched service requests are complete with all the information necessary as they are routed to a qualified technician to for service delivery
- Provides telephone service to our customers
- Registering and validating their service and install requests
- Booking appointment in case the Customer requires it
- Assign service requests to techs
- Updating systems for Ticket and tech tracking and Tech resource management
- Monitor and address alerts and escalations
- Other duties as required

- must be able to analyze customer needs and take appropriate action to resolve customer issues in an efficient and timely manner.
- previous experience in a dispatch role is required
- tech savvy
- customer service experience required
- team Player
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
