We are currently seeking a motivated Shipper/Receiver to join our Ens Industrial Parts Department. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for the automotive industry, along with an understanding of general vehicle information and parts. Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset, contributing to the overall success of the position.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Determine and arrange method of shipment.
- Prepare documents, such as bills of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other shipping documents manually or by computer.
- Assemble containers and crates, record contents, pack goods to be shipped and affix identifying information and shopping instructions.
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other conveyances.
- Examine and verify incoming shipments against invoices or other documents, record shortages, and reject damaged goods.
- Unpack, code, and route goods to appropriate storage areas.
- May operate a forklift, hand truck, or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.
- Locate phase special ordered parts.
- Putting stock away and entering parts.
- Inventory counts and tracking.
- Forward parts information requests (applicability, availability, and pricing) from wholesale customers to parts advisors.
- Answering phones, customer texts, and parts inquiry emails.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Working within a team and independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
- Completion of Grade 12 education.
- A forklift certificate is preferred but not required.
- Experience with parts and shipping/receiving is considered an asset but not required.
- Experience in a warehouse environment is considered an asset but not required.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
- Clean driving record.
