```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage a team of shop employees, providing guidance, training, and support
- Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a shop setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
