Reports To: On-site Supervision
Location: Kitimat, BC
Shift: Day Shift Only, 10 & 12 hours per day, 14 days on and 7 days off
Accommodations: Camp
Travel: Fly in/out

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years site experience in related industry
- Intermediate MS Office – Primarily Outlook and Excel
- Experience with in depth knowledge of client information systems, including payroll, time and attendance
- Travel/camp booking experience
- Business or Office Administration Certificate/Diploma/Degree an asset but not required
- Data entry skills
- Time management
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new employees
- Vehicle and visitor passes
- Daily review of timesheets & sign ins, and submissions to Payroll
- Daily LEM preparation and submission
- Employee craft set ups and changes
- Weekly time entry review
- Resolve pay issues or errors with site employees, escalate as necessary
- Camp and flight bookings as required
- Log flight bookings for cost tracking
- Maintain schedule/Gannt chart
- Site access submissions and reactivations
- Provide administrative support to the site supervision and staff
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Data entry and record keeping
- Schedule crew’s flights/accommodations
- Electronic filing of all admin documents

Core Training Requirements
- CSO/BSO
- A valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification is required
- WHMIS 2015
- CSTS 2020
Additional Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Experience in insulation, and scaffolding, would be an asset
- Site-specific training as required
- Commitment to consistent adherence to safety regulations
- Able to commute to one of the provided flight hubs
