What you will be doing:
- Reception duties,
- Maintaining office and office supplies,
- Assisting Project Managers / Superintendents / Coordinators, as and when required,
- Filing, digital and hard copy, of all project related documents,
- Meeting minutes,
- Producing and updating documents and tracking spreadsheets,
- Taking project progress photos,
- Creating purchase orders,
- Receiving goods,
- Equipment inventory,
- Bid/tender coordination,
- Other related duties as required,
- Assisting company Safety Manager, as and when necessary,
- Performing site orientations,
- Conducting all on site safety activities, incidents, accidents, first aid reports.
Skills & abilities you should have:
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills,
- Attention to detail,
- Organized,
- Able to multi-task,
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment,
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Teams, Ecompliance, Procore,
- Good technology skills,
- Experience in construction,
- Safety experience,
- First aid training,
