Snow Removal Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Snow Removal Specialist. As a Snow Removal Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient removal of snow from our premises to maintain a secure environment for children and staff.

Job Terms:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, shoveling must be completed before 7:15 am. Additionally, Snow Removal may be required on Saturdays/Sundays as needed.

Communication: We will send text messages to coordinate additional Snow Removal in the afternoon.

Safety: Keep walkways, gateways, and doorways clear of snow to ensure a safe environment for children and staff.

Materials: Apply salt/gravel as needed for safe walking conditions.

Snow Level: Keep the snow level inside the fence low as per child care licensing.

Equipment: Utilize the provided snow blower when necessary.

Daily Check-ins: Check the center every morning, Monday to Friday, even if it doesn't snow. Responsibilities include putting down salt, shoveling around the fence, and any other tasks to maintain snow levels in the yard.

Compensation: A fixed rate of $25.00 per day and $25.00 per hour after the initial first hour

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in Snow Removal preferred.

· Ability to work early mornings and occasional weekends.

· Responsible and detail-oriented.

· Good communication skills.
