Job Description

We are looking to contract an independent Social Media Manager. As our Social Media Manager, you would manage all aspects of our 3 brands' Social Media. Everything from strategy, research, content creation, engagement, etc...

This would be a part-time position with the possibility of full-time in the coming months. Please review the details below and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Manage Social Media accounts and create compelling content for various platforms
• Monitor and analyze Social Media performance using analytics tools
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media marketing
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Plan and execute Social Media advertising campaigns
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate ideas for content
• Learn and follow Canadian cannabis advertising laws (we will educate you)

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Social Media management or account growth
• Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data to inform Social Media strategies
• Knowledge of graphic design software
• Strong understanding of advertising principles and best practices for Social Media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (In both English and French)
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Some experience with photography and videography
• Cannabis knowledge is a plus

Other Renumeration:

• Parking will be paid when required.
• A Km allowance will apply when commuting.
• Government of Canada rates will apply, 2024 70¢ per kilometre for the first 5,000 kilometres driven, 64¢ per kilometre driven after that

Twitter: Total of 12 tweets a month. (3 per week)

• 3 shared posts
• 6 unique tweets
• 3 unique static graphic posts

LinkedIn: Total of 4 posts per month. (1 per week)

• 1 article share
• 1 informational post
• 1 industry related post
• 1 product post

Facebook: Total of 8 posts per month.

• 1 article share
• 1 informational post
• 1 industry related post
• 1 location related post
• 4 product post

Instagram: Total of 12 posts per month + 8 stories. (3 posts + 2 stories/ week)

• 2 reels
• 8 static graphic posts
• 2 informational posts
• 30 mins per day of engagement (M-F)

INHAL’NATION - Instagram + LinkedIn Management

Includes: strategy, captions, posts, engagement, photography, research, etc.

LinkedIn: Total of 4 posts per month.

• 1 article share
• 1 informational post
• 1 industry related post
• 1 product post

Instagram: Total of 8 posts per month + 4 stories. (2 posts + 1 stories/ week)

• 2 reels
• 4 static graphic posts
• 2 informational posts
• 1 hour/ week of engagement

Rekt: Instagram Management

Includes: strategy, captions, posts, engagement, photography, research, etc.

Instagram: Total of 10 posts per month + 8 stories. (2-3 posts + 2 stories/ week)

• 2 reels
• 6 static graphic posts
• 2 informational posts
• 1 hour/ week of engagement

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Salary: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
