Reporting to the Account Manager, the Customer and Sales Support Specialist is responsible for general Customer Service, inside sales and sales support. The incumbent should be well organized, a multitasker with a high attention to detail. Experience in food products and service industry as well as logistics is a major asset. We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Please note that we only supply companies and do not deal directly with consumers.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent Customer Service by responding to client requests and enquiries via phone or email.
- Manage client order entries.
- Manage and update client accounts and provide updates.
- Provide clients with quotes and product knowledge.
- Involved with logistics organizing and follow-ups.
- Invoicing of client account orders.
- Perform general administration tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum DEC with 5 years Customer Service experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English as all our clients are in USA.
- Strong orientation towards great Customer Service.
- Extensive experience using MS office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using a data base management system, SAP Business One Solution is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Office environment at our Pointe-Claire office.
