As a Software Engineer for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for analyzing user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.

Your responsibilities

• Contributing on ABB ELSE Asset Manager IoT Gateway development
• Contributing on Integration with devices through Industrial protocols, eg: Modbus, opc etc.
• Contributing on Integration with other Electrical system software, eg: SCADA
• Collaborating closely with other team members and departments

Your background

• More than 3-years’ experience as a web backend developer or similar
• Major in Computer Science and Network Engineering related, bachelor’s degree or above.
• MS Visual Studio C# , C++, SQL Skill required
• .net development (.net core) required
• Electrical System related product experience preferred, eg: SCADA system
• Good to have industry Communication protocol knowledge (Modbus, opc etc.)
• With experience of Object-Oriented design
