Software engineers at Snow play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering our products and services to the market. They work closely with product managers to ensure alignment with customer needs, architect software systems, write and rigorously test code, and orchestrate deployments to ensure seamless rollouts. Beyond the initial release, our Software Engineers continue to support the product by leveraging observability data and collaborating with our support team to ensure ongoing success and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Design, develop, test and operate software solutions.Ensure that the design and implementation of software solutions are high quality.
Operate and support the product after release, with a "you build it, you run it" mindset.
Ensure that any known customer needs and preconditions are considered in the solution design.
Identify and act on continuous improvements within the team.
