Stoke Juice - Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control standards, and supporting other team members. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in continuous improvement, process improvement, and manufacturing.

Duties:
- Manage weekly production
- Schedule Employees shift and help manage labor costs
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels
- Oversee and help with production
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and productivity

Qualifications:
- Experience as a manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Solid understanding of quality control standards and processes
- Ability to effectively communicate with teams at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
